Results Over-Run by News Sites and Links

The Google results are getting overun with news results IMO.

For example. Among others, I run an anti-spam related site.
Last month I was #4 for an important keyword. Results 1 to 3 were news sites.

This month I dropped to #13 from #4 and 10 of the sites above me are all NEWS sites.

The same thing has happened for other anti-spam related keywords.

For some searches, Google users are actually looking for PRODUCTS rather than having to weed through 10+ news sites to find what they want. :(
