I've tried link:www.mydomain.com -site:mydomain.com but it doesnT' work. -site doesn't work?

I'd like to find all incoming links without the internals...

Thanks

I don't believe you can modify the "link:mydomain.com" search on Google. You can do this on Alltheweb, and they typically show more backlinks. You can also do something like

"http://www.mydomain.com" -site:mydomain.com
"www.mydomain.com" -site:mydomain.com
"mydomain.com" -site:mydomain.com

Which will give you progressively more results the further down you go. I find those searches make it easier to find incoming links rather than the typical link: way as you can further modify the search to include or not include terms and domains.
