Page Rank for top 3 website differs

PR1 had rank 1 for result and PR5 has rank 2

hi
I am new to page rank and i was goin g through list of sites and i came across a keyword "<snip>" and i saw the first site has PR 1 and that guy is ranking number 1 where as the send one has PR 5.
And if you backward links the number one site doesnt shwo any backward links.

Well any suggestion why google is doin that.

Page ranks isn't everything. If it was, a handful of sites would own the serps.

SO CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT SPECIAL YOU THINK THE FIRST SITE HAS WHICH THE SECOND ONE DOESNT?

It's fairly obvious. Take a look at the 2 sites and compare the differences.

Look up information on keyword (and more accurately key phrase) density.
