Hi,

I 'gained' 2 links from a website during the past 2 weeks.

The homepage is PR8, it links to a PR6 page which itself link to two pages where a link to my website appear (2 different reviews I wrote). Both pages are new and are ranked PR6. Unfortunately hte link is at the bottom of the html code but it's ok, I am glad cause I didn't do the review for the link.

The limit of link I would be able to get (if all my reviews are published) is ten. Isn't is too much?

What will happend next and what to do next?

  • Will I see freshbots coming - I haven't since last month?
  • How to optimize the links for the best (ie should I link back)
  • Is 10 too much links if they come from 10 diff pages.?
  • Should I have any other concerns?

    Thanks

    Leo

I am pretty sure that at some point the friendly folks at Google will figure out that reciprocal links are mainly bogus votes (bribed voters) and substantially decrease their weight. So I would very much want to keep any one way links that I receive that way, and not dilute their value by reciprocating.

One man's opinion, worth every cent you paid for it :)
