What does this mean?

Noticed new date tags on my site on consecutive days. What does it mean?

Long time lurker. . . first time poster.

I created a new sitemap on the 2nd, and on the 3rd, I did the allinurl:www.myurl.com, and the sitemap was there, as the 2nd listing with the April 3, 2003 tag. I thought to myself, "Wow, that was fast". Then today, just for fun, I though I would check again, and now it has the April 4, 2003 tag.

What does this mean? Does it mean the freshbot has visited? Have I finally made the jump from PR5 to PR6?
Or, am I reading WAY too much into this?
