I've used the google tos violation form numerous times to submit a complaint about a site that is total crap - it comes up in top 5 - and it is totally irrelavent, uses redirects with popups to <snip> and runs a script to take over your default homepage setting.

My question is - has anyone else reported a site and been totally ignored, one visit to this site and it's totally obvious.

If this is the case - maybe I'll give cloaking a shot cause it appears as if anyone reports me - they will also be ignored. - < just kidding about this but I needed to get it off my chest >

Is someone at google not doing their job?

Algo or human.

If the algo doesn't pick it up, a human is forced to inspect. When you have 75% market share, just imagine how many human interference requests exist and how expensive it is to police.

Being the biggest and the best has its downsides.

Good thing for WW. Use your Nic at WW when submitting your spam request to Google and GG will flag.
