Same "scalable" filters not being used

Is anyone else seeing in their SERPs multiple spam pages that appear after the dance ends and have a freshbot date? Google should spend time to implement freshbot filters. Lots of spam gets in with freshbot. Whatever filters are applied to the monthly crawl need to be applied to the freshbot crawl. Currently they are not, and it is degrading the SERPS!

yankee people use freshbot to their advantages. Riding the freshbot is fun, and something Google will have to take a look at when it comes to indexing pages of pure spam. As it stands I do not see any filters that they go through. Infact I think a page with a high enough PR can get #1 with a spam fulfilled page in a subject not related to the site it origionates from.

You hear about SEO's taking advantage of it to index their new pages but i havent seen any restrictions. If someone reported a site for spamming in this manner would this result in freshy not coming back so often to the site or what?
