Framed Internal Pages

Does Google filter out internal framed pages

I recently created a framed page that is linked from an index page on an affiliate site that I manage. This particular site (index page) used to be listed #2 on a keyword in a moderately competitive category and has since dropped to a #7. The index page does have a PR6 and is listed in DMOZ but I wasn't sure if this recent drop was due to an algo change or b/c of the framing. I'm not looking or expecting the framed page to be picked up by Google, I just don't want to have a negative effect on the index page. Any help is appreciated.

No, but they do treat them differently. Remember since the cached page is setting there on Google, it's not in their interest to treat them the same as other pages.
