[edit reason] no specific site reviews, please [/edit]
I think the rule is no specific URLs at WebmasterWorld.. however, your site appears to have zero links going into it, so it's an "orphan" with no connections to the rest of the web.
If you're using the Google Toolbar you'll see a grey bar, which just indicates that the site isn't known to Google. Also there's nothing in the Google cache. Generally speaking a WHITE bar indicates a penalty (i.e. PageRank 0).
First I think you should remove the url of your site (it's against WW policy to display url's).
Then, I think that the problem lies in the way your pages are dynamically built with php you only have 1 page = index.php and the content changes dynamically in it. I don't think it's a good way to optimize your site to get it spidered

a few suggestions...
add a site map at the bottom of your homepage that link directly to your other main pages. if the others are all dynamic, build 5-10 static pages and link to them. remember, most spiders have issues following dynamic pages, most URLs containing & or? are difficult to read. build pages www.yourdomain.com/about-us and so on with good text content and roughly 250 words or more.
build a links page, also must be linked to homepage and static.
lastly, exchange links with websites that have a pr no less than 4. unfortunately this isn't too easy, and i recommend you do it yourself and not use any link exchange programs. most (not all) are link farms that will get your site in major trouble.
after these things are done, stay tuned to this forum and be patient.
'See how "www.mydomain.com" used to look'
In your case you can see, the domain existed already in May 2001. It looks there was only a redirect at that time so it is most likely the domain was never really used.
More important: inbound links missing.
Altheweb doesn't show any inbound links for your site. Usually Alltheweb shows more links than Google because Google will only show links from pages with PR4+ to pages with PR4+ when searching for
link:www.mydomain.com
To get rid of the gray bar, try to get links to your site.
