Google not spidering bottom navigation bar?

In my site I have a top navigation bar and a bottom nav bar. My bottom bar contains mostly the same things as the top except it also includes things like 'Site Map' and links pages. Google spiders all the links from my top navigation bar but has yet to hit my Site Map which is very important because it is the only way google can spider my whole site. I know I cant post my URL here but if someone would email or private message me I will gladly give it to you. I dont see why google would not be following these links but I am relativly new to this so any help would be greatly appreciated. I would love any help with this problem and any ideas with general site design and spider compatability.

P.S. - My site is golf oriented so if there are any golfers out there you might find my site usefull and interesting, again any critiques are welcome!

Is the page over 101k?
If so the bot may do a runner before it reaches the bottom nav bar.

Do you have more than 100 links on the page? Google's webmaster info page says that this can cause problems spidering the page sometimes.

I am pretty sure the page is very small (only one graphic) The page should have less than 100 links.

Unless links in drop down boxes are counted. Most of my content is in drop down boxes which I heard google cannot spider (which is why I created the site map). Do links in drop down boxes still count for the 100 link rule?

P.S. I thought that since I read that google did not follow links in drop down boxes that those links would not count towards the 100 links total.

Also those drop down boxes are only on one page of my site, shouldnt google check out my other pages (with minimal links) and see the Nav bar at the bottom and then crawl those links?

Forget the so called 100link rule - it doesn't exist - wives tale.

Template identification and extraction 'may' count for something.

It's why all those guys paying for pr and having their link stuck in a template aren't getting much bang for their buck.

It still does not make much sense as to why google would crawl my top nav bar and not my bottom one....both are included PHP files and are the same on each page of my site....why is google crawling all the links on the top one and foregoing links that are in the bottom navigation area. Maybe I will just have to add my site map link to the top also and see what happens?

Let me know if anyone has any other ideas or would like to take a look at this site.
