Faster listing on Google

Here is my chronology:
Mart 15 - I change subjects and text on my site.
Mart 25 - Google show my new pages but only for three days.
Today in Google cash I have old pages with date February 6.

When I can expect new Google listing and new content of my web site in Google cash?

What I must do for faster Google listing of my new subjects and text?

Newman, you were experiencing Google's freshbot updating your listings that showed on March 25th.

The Google index is due to be updated any day now which will show the results from the March 11-March 20th crawl. Then maybe you can get lucky and get freshbot to update your pages again. Freshbot is a bonus... get a good PR and update the content often.
