Listing and cache different?

My index page is a shtml page on my site. I have done the suggestions on how to get shtml pages indexed, and keep the modify date.

But when I search on my site in Google right now, the listing that comes up is "index of / ****". But when I look at the cache Google has of the page, it shows up.

Could this be that I got picked up on the last crawl and the cache updated, but the listing still hasn't?

It is an "everflux [google.com]" effect.
