I want to update my site form dynamic (PHP+MySQL) to static HTML - to be more search engine friendly ("search engine" - mostly google).

How does it affect my placement in Google? The think is that i want to completly change all my links. For example it was ...php?id=176576514 and i want it to be
...keyword.html.

But as i understand google have it indexed as ...php?id=176576514...

Can you tell me samething about this?

Thanks a lot...

My experience is that the ranking in Google really shot up. The 'old style' URLs were forgotten in less that a week!

Mind you - I have also changed the robots.txt to prevent spidering of ANY dynamic page!

Hope that helps.
