I just want to remind you that last year Google perform its March dance on April 6th and April dance on April 25th.
So common you there in Google, you can let the dance begin, I have no fingernails left...

I disagree because last year the deepcrawler started to the same time as the update did.
This is not the case this time.

"Please relax. You are bound to suffer some ill effects, as you have been rescued from almost certain death at an improbability level of two to the power of 765701 to one against, possibly much higher. We are now cruising at a level of two to the power of 100000 to one against and falling, and will be restoring normality as soon as we are sure what is normal anyway." --Trillian (but I don't have my copy of the Guide on me, so the numbers may be wrong)

I'm not gonna put myself through the anxiety of last time! Plenty of other worldly things for update distraction purposes right now. :)

It is what he is typing on the keywboard...pages and pages of it.

I am not worrying about the update this month, and once it starts to happen I hope I have the will power to ignore it and function as normally as possible.

The technical term for this is "Googlenoia". It is a common affliction around here.

If you add up all of the posts on pre-update's you will have hundreds of pages! I am sure that time can be even better spent writing new content for our sites.. :)

((Though this dosnt mean I am not biting my nails every month))

Anyone think they may delay the update to allow the war stuff to dissipate a little so they don't end up with a war/iraq/current event skewed update?

For instance I wonder how many people have added "iraq widgets" and "war widgets" to their meta keywords and descriptions...

Googlenoia? Is this dangerous? Is there a cure? Am I going to die with my eyes open reflecting the dance screen of death?

Within the last day, my site has dropped one position on one of my keywords. Does that indicate an update is underway?

Thanks to GoogleGuy for bringing some order to chaos. It's March 25 and the last update happened when? March 4th?

:::I think y'all are starting this thread way too early.

Translates this into English. 'I think y'all should take a few days off.' means a week, there for this says it will be...grrrr, two weeks!
