dashes in keywords

highlighting only complete compound

Hi,

i just searched for e-widget and everything looks fine for me, but
when i viewed the google cache only the complete string e-widget has been highlighted, widget itself wasn't.

I know that it searches for e and widget, but even the results where different, searhing for 'e widget' and 'e-widget' produces different results.

No problem for me, as long as I'm #1 :)
But just for couriosity, any comments?

this is because google treats e-widget as 'e [stopword]widget' and e widget as 2 separate words. The firt term looks for the phrase 'e widget'. The second looks for the two words 'e' and 'widget' on the same page. (Try looking for red widget and then red AND widget if you need clarification)
