Question on Title from Google

Different title for different KW?

Hi! It's still LOSTJames here.

I just have noticed this on Google.
There's this site ranks #1 on Google under different keywords.

If I do search on "keyword1"; this site's title reads "keyword1 - keyword, keywords from whatever.com"

If I do search on "keyword2"; this site's title reads "keyword, keywords, keyword2 from whatever.com"

How is it possible to show different title for different keywords?
The URL are showing their root for the both cases.

Look at the URL, it could be different pages from the same site.

No! that's why I don't get it.

Just did re-check on G.
Now, it's gone.

Now, I am really lost :(

About 1 year ago google always showed me the same page.
I could randomly type in any combination of letters and there always was this one page on top of the list. When i looked at the cached version i could not find that keyword anywhere in the code.
A few minutes later this phenomenon was gone.
