Passing of PR from PR0 pages?

Hi there,

have a question. what would happen if i have let's say 1000 pages from different sites in the google index (all PR0 because there are no GOOD links to the sites, but google knows these pages)

do these sites have PR voting power and can increase PR of another site, linking from the 1000 pages?

Every vote (link) from a page indexed in Google counts.

Pagerank wise it will not add up to a lot though, to have a link from a PR0 page. In a years time a PR0 might be a PR5 and its links will hand over more Pagerank.
