Googlebot, Freshbot and fresh pages - when is a page considered fresh?

Situation:

- Googlebot (216.239*) crawls a site
- Crawl finishes
- Freshbot begins hitting pages

Question: At this point, will Freshbot consider pages as being fresh compared to the last time it (64.68*) hit them or compared to when the Deepbot hit them?

I do not think everything is clear on freshbot, freshindexing and Fresh date showing at the moment.

I've seen my major (highest PR pages be fresh constantly) without any change on them whatsoever. They always get a fresh treatment.

That is normal because IMO freshbot uses these pages to search for new links towards real fresh pages.
