Google Expired domain ruling?

I purchased a domain had it linked from a few spots and got listed on google only last week then my server went down for 1 day and now my site isn't listed any more.

I've checked to make sure that the domain was never registered to anyone before could this be due to this new rule? The site now has a 0/10 PR. I'm very confussed by this, any help would be great.

You got me confused now: You say the domain heas never been used before, but still think Google might have delisted the site because it is an ex expired domain?

I would suggest a far more easy solution: your domain was addded through fresh bot listing. When the server was down, the freshbot soidering stopped. That would be the perfectly normal behaviour.
