Reporting Search Quality Problems / Re-inclusion request

Hi there

I ask this question to anybody who has asked for a reinclusion
in Google after getting a penality for spamming with domain "X"
which now has PR"0"

I am just asking myself "If i tell Google everything that i've done,
but corrected since, what are my chances of penality being lifted,
even if i did "spamming" with this particular domain?"

I ask this because I would like to decide what to do with my content:
Create a whole new site (new domain) with my old content or wait for my original domain
to be "re-approved" by Google? (which would be less work)

Any people having been reincluded in Google after getting a penality?
How long did it take? Is waiting for reinclusion a waste of time?
