Is there a list anywhere of page rank 10 sites?

They must be very rare. I just checked MSN.com and it's only a 9.

yep,

any frequently used word will give you a short list.

Do a google for:

the, and, a, is etc.

I would be happy to create an online database of pr 10 links etc, that people could add and maintain online, but I am unsure wether this would draw undue attention to the creator or owner of such a list...

Does anyone have an opinion as to the 'safety' of creating such a thing?

Also - I have been thinking about creating a list of online seo resources like webmastersworld and related stuff any one got any ideas or other sites that do this?
