Hello,
"We're writing to let you know that your AdWords account (Customer Id: xx) will be upgraded to the new AdWords interface within the next few business days. After that time, you'll no longer be able to switch back to the previous AdWords interface to manage your campaigns. The new interface doesn't change how ads run, so bidding, ranking, Quality Score, and the rest of ad serving will remain the same after the upgrade..."
Might I add that I STILL find the new interface to be slow, sloppy and hence difficult to use.
When you click in the old interface on "new interface" you go to "....stylePrefOverride=2". So perhaps it helps when you change it into "1".
I'm unable to test this because I'm still able to use the good old interface. :)
So far no change here.
Please don't force me Google.
I keep hearing "slow" over and over from folks here.
Just what I need, another bloated tool essential to my work.
I haven't even tested the new interface yet. And this fool is running Vista and thought 2GB RAM was more than ample for my needs. I was sorta wrong, I've learned.

What helped me in transition is to turn off the graph. Do that in filters and hide graph on the right. The appearance then of the Ad group summary page is nearly identical to the old.
I do like some of the features such as being able to change the CPC and ad position quickly but I really like the clean uncluttered overview of the campaign summary and ad group summary page of the old interface.
At least the sizing issue that plagued me and script issues when using the tools seem to have been resolved.
I like many of you will be using AdWords Editor more heavily to have it "my way" instead of the "Big G" way.
where are the members of this group now? On the jobless line or enjoying their fat bonuses? I think we all know the answer to that one. :)
All i could say is with Google i expected a better job than wat i see.. though i see a lot of improvement but still a long way to go....
so would appreciate if they could/should allow we users to have the option of swiching ....
So, they have seen everything here so far - and I will continue to make sure they see your comments. (They all have the link - but I'll email them from time to time as well.)
Please know that you are being heard, verbatim.

Got a call from my friend at Google after seeing these posts here - there is a chance they'll delay the forced switch. [...]
This post caught my eye - and, by way of setting reasonable expectations, I wanted to add that I am not aware of this.
Thanks very much for all the feedback about the new interface, in this (and other) threads.

I've not seen it - despite having numerous large and small accounts.
Certainly, WebmasterWorld users are not a lone voice in the wilderness?
Is anybody Tweeting about this or is it just too politically hot?
Surely Google wants to avoid a New Coke PR disaster-waiting-to-happen.
