Sudden change in keyword analysis in campaign? Are there any issues?

This keyword is not permitted to show your ads in the targeted location.

"This keyword is not permitted to show your ads in the targeted location."

I get this message with a certain keyword phrase that has been fine for a few months. Hence, clickthroughs and impressions are down.

For another campaign, when I hovered over the keyword analysis tab again, it gave the message as if I had just added the keyword, even though I haven't! (message being keyword not showing, because you just added the keyword etc)

Anybody else had any issues like this?

No - We are unable to show your ad because your bid is too low for this keyword auction.

on keywords that otherwise are displaying fine.
