I couldn't reply to #7, so I thought I'd start a new one.
A feature I'd like to see is excluding certain ip numbers of hosts from seeing my ad. Especially click-happy competitors.
Firstly, the ability to select keywords with their tick box and then copy them to the clipboard. Secondly, allowing use of the keyword match type operators in the copy/move keywords tool text box.
AWA, if you can fix this, I can promise dinner chez QualityNonsense if you're ever in London...
It's All About Results:
- Break down traffic by source so advetisers can manually disable indvidual sources of traffic. I would think Google would not want us to know the source of traffic described as a URL so we do not bypass their system (which is understandable). However, maybe they assign a unique ID number of sources of traffic that can be viewable in analytics that shows us the average cost per click (which would take into account smart pricing) and their conversion data with a quick link to disable. That would allow advertisers to really get metrics in line.
Accounts in Good Standing
- Occasionally bank denies cards for fraud protection. Have accounts that have a certain amount of time with payment made be able to continue running ads for a five days until bank issues resolved. 2nd credit card option is nice, but both my cards are attached to the same bank!
Support Crutch
- If I contact support, they always say "proprietary algorithm change" and no further details can be made. It seems as though a lot of support questions stop there and it is a crutch for support to lean on. Which is worse the bureaucratic responses I receive at other places (e.g. you have to contact dave... then dave says you have to contact jim the manager) because no one can really talk to a computer algo. Possible solution is to have support say: The computer algo had done this, let see how we can optimize your campaign. (never end a support question with algo answer). Maybe put more about the algo in the help files because I know the support frequently references the help files and they could reference information about the algo, how frequent it updates, ect.
AdWords Editor:
- Better Geo-target support on par with AdWords Web interface
- Site Targeting Support on par with AdWords Web interface
- Keyword researcher built into adwords interface
Help Center:
- Better 'landing page' guidelines in the help center. Include pictures and possibly a heatmap of best practices (where the best places to put external links, navigational menu, ect...)
Stay Current:
- Put our ad text review status
(Pending - Live on Google Only)
(Approved)
(Pending - Not Live)
so we know where these stand.
Customized Alerts on Screen
Let is create alerts on screen that will pop-up and e-mail: e.g. your cost/conversion for AdGroup X is above $10.00 yesterday.
Notify me when ad text gets CTR is approaching unacceptable levels.
Your account changed $#*$!.XX to your credit card.
Alert panel could also display Google AdWords news and chagnes (especially algo chagnes).
Wes.
More capability in find & edit keyword tool - e.g. find (and delete) all keywords active since <date> AND impressions > X AND clicks < Y
Larger keyword "allowance" - everytime I add a new page now I receive a warning that the number of keywords in my account is reaching an unmanagable amount - I then have to spend half a day trimming out more keywords.
Search Trail
If a user searches for "Bentley Car" in Google or partner networks. You can TAG that user and opt into the site network for that user so each time they visit a website with AdSense code on it, an ad will appear for you through a site targeting campaign on all sites with adsense. We know the user is interested in "Bently Cars" so showing an ad across the network wouldn't be untargeted.
Only thing bad I can think about is privacy concerns.
1) Earlier I said I'd like the BOpt to be able to optimise for conversions rather than clicks, since this is what the advertiser needs to make money whereas clicks are what YOU need to make money! B^> *You know that old thang about putting the customer first...)
2) Can we also have a flag on ad scheduling to make the % in each slot not be the % bid (since lower bids often just get less-well-converting clicks) but the target relative % of budget spent per unit time in the slow, ie a 10% slot will on average spend 10% per hour of a slot marked with 100%. In this case the maximum bid may or may not also be variable depending on the advertiser's ability to jump though mental hoops.

What would be nice - is to assign report names with a unique identifier stamp (i.e. time/date) such as 'report[9.10.06-9:47:12].csv'
More Options for Ad Display...
Right now we have two options.
Optimize: Show better-performing ads more often
Rotate: Show all ads equally
My Feature would be to include a third one
Rotate: Show ads according to a set percentage.
If I have a good text ad running, but want to test another text ad (but do not want to give it a full 50%). That way I can give a good text ad 90% while I test another text ad. It would be nice to have the test longer because I want to measure the ad over the sales cycle of the customer. (exp: does this text ad produce a better qualified client).
I was also able to pass a few on in person, in product meetings this week.
I appreciate these threads very much, and hope this one stays alive for some time to come. ;)

Currently, almost any operation you do on a filtered set of keywords reverts you back to the full list.
I would prefer to Have To click the 'return to full list' button.
Also when filtering a list I'd like the 'Edit Keywords' like to work on the filtered list or optionally work on the filtered list.
Thanks.
The Advertiser Feedback Report goes out late Thursday night - so lot's of time for you to post your ideas/suggestions/feature requests, and have your voice heard, verbatim, by a ton of interested folks (they've actively subscribed) here at Google.
Thanks!

Yes, the ability to have an ad group turn on or off on particular dates, eg so we can run seasonal campaigns such as for Christmas or Diwali or Halloween or state primaries or Groundhog Day automatically.
What would be *really* kewl, and that might tickle an engineer at the 'Plex to do well, would be to have scheduling of ad groups (or campaigns if you must) relative to movable feasts and other non-Gregorian calendars, eg:
1) Start 2 months before Christmas, pause 1 day after.
2) Start 1 week before Ramadan, pause 2 days after Eid.
3) Start 1 week before US/UK Easter, pause 1 day after.
4) Start 1 week before Greek Othodox Easter, ...
5) Start on the 2nd of each (Gregorian) month, pause on the 24th (for ad budgets).
6) Start on the 20th of each (Gregorian) month, pause on the 10th (when paycheques have run out!).
You get the idea. Exactly the sort of stuff that G should be able to centralise and get right and save us all a huge amount of effort (and embarrassment: eg when *is* Diwali over this year?).
But here's an even simpler "monostable" case.
7) Please pause this campaign in 20 days from now (when I start it).

Allow the export of an account to be imported into a separate account.
Save logins.
Allow logins to be sorted in alphabetical order.
FYI - I like the latest round of changes - this app is growing quite nicely.
AdWords API
Just because I have to say it every time I write in one of these threads...
Add a static data point (AdWords account ID or email address) as a field in MCC reports.
Preview AdWords
Add a few drop down boxes on the page to easily change selections. It's quite a manual process to change GEOs compared to what a little form coding would provide.
That said - nice job on finally making this public :)
Google Analytics
Add some sort of verification for goal setting to see if it's been created and is tracking properly.
Having to wait until stats update, see if that stat is included, if not, redoing the input, repeat until data is showing up can be a bit annoying.
I would like to see one small change to that though
I need the ability to switch between which credit card I am using more easily (like PayPal).
a little radio button next to each payment method on the billing page to make what I want to be the primary method
Many thanks indeed!
Took me a while to format yours, eWhisper, in order to save space in a report running to 14 pages at present - but well worth it. ;)
Yours was a little easier, DamonHD, thanks to the numbering. Clever, too, as usual. ;)
Thanks again to all.

Flattery will get you everywhere... %^>
(Now please ask your tech team to fix the ad/keywords copy stuff so that a normal person can actually make them work and not resort to laborious cut-n-paste between browser windows! I'm currently having it refuse to list my new ad group as an allowed destination to copy to...)
