They also said that The earnings on My account will be properly returned to the affected advertisers.
I am sure that the Affected Advertisers got many sales from my side.
This was the first time I did business with G, and the results are too worse. Don't have any idea how did they realate me to any others account. Or simply they cheated me, because, since my account is disabled I have send many polite emails about the cause. But No REPLY.
So, I lost my 2,689$
June 05, I gave it a try
So, I lost my 2,689$
In a single month, your first month in the program, you netted $2,689!? I'm impressed. No doubt that is a huge red flag to the folks at AdSense. I haven't seen a thing yet that proves them to be cheats <snip>.
Not necessarily. What about a site serving 100,000s or 1,000,000s of pages a day? $2,500 could infact be very low figures compared to a few months later when the ad serving system has learned the site thouroughly. Think about it.

GOOGLE claimed that My account is found to be related to an account PREVIOUSLY closed for invalid clicks.
PREVIOUSLY? where does PREVIOUSLY come, when i joined the Adsense 1st time.
I never bought a website. All of the domains I operate are registered my ME.
I just gave 50% of my advertising space to Adsense, I could have made more If i gave it 100% space.
Google Cheated me, and I hate cheaters. Google is going to Pay for it somehow, and I will plan how, even if it affects the Advertisers.
Someone that starts off earning over $2,500 is almost impossible... at least in the honest way...
Not true at all.
The biggest requirement for earning with AdSense is traffic. If you've already got an established site that has a decent amount, I don't see why it's at all unusual to start out at that amount.
He has said that he did CPA business before, so I imagine his sites are already getting decent volume.
A BRAND NEW site earning that much right off the bat though, that'd almost definitely be fraudulent.
Woz, they are probably premium publishers then. Premium publishers are treated differently and I am sure none of them are involved in click fraud.

All funds come from the advertisers. So you're going to CHEAT the advertisers out of their money? The only conceiveable plan I can see you having is some click fraud campaign to teach Google "a lesson".
I'm not saying Google is good at explaining their position. I never hear about any decent communication from them when they've disabled an account. However, there's got to be some reason that they linked your publisher account with some other one that was involved in click fraud.
They made millions last quarter. They're not going to go out of their way to save your $2000.
My point is that people are assuming it is impossible to earn that much in the forst month and therefor fraud is involved, whereas infact it is not only possible, but we have no right to make those assupmptions without the full facts. We can only comment on the facts available, and, as presented, they do not yet provide implicit proof of anything untoward.
johnplayer, unfortunately, the only thing that you can gain here is speculation, you really need to take this up with Google.

Good point Anne, isn't it time for a feature within our adsense accounts to only show the ads on OUR domains?
A while back someone copied all the text from one of my pages, including my adsense code. Not only was my content being stolen, but they were putting my account at risk because the page was clearly breaking the TOS.
A nice add domain to account feature would be useful to stop this - any domains not listed in your account wouldn't show your ads.

exactly! With all the improvements they are making lately, I hope they'll be adding this too. It would help a lot.
lol... there ws a recent discussion at another forum about how much everyone had earned on their first month with adsense... almost all of them gave smilar amounts... 40, 50, maybe 100 bucks.
I started 5 June 2004 and made in my first month $377.
But the 2 main income sites had been established since 1997 and 2002.
My point is that people are assuming it is impossible to earn that much in the forst month and therefor fraud is involved
With all my todays knowledge, I think I could have made $1000 in my first month.
But exactly this is the problem. I could
If I had had the experience with bleding in the ads
If I had had the experience with the URL filter
If I had had my current highly optimized automatic ad placement system
On many pages had been only place for one
125x125 or 120x240 block.
Today is 300x250 and 120x90 AdLink the standard
It has taken much time to write the software for all new features in my CMS.
So it's really difficult for a newcomer to earn so much in his first month.
But it's my profession since 1998 to teach how to make web sites with my CMS.
I have a domain <snip>
I have no time to develop this domain.
So I found somebody to develop it.
I will start to teach him in October, he has just right now a job in Germany. This job is terminated end of September.
I think he will create until April 2006 some hundred pages about this city.
When he applies May 2006 for AdSense, I think he would have a good chance to make a lot in his first month, because he will work will all my knowledge teached him and implemented in my CMS software.

Yes, it could be less, and it could be more. But possible? definitely.
Revenge on Google? Do file a suit. If your facts are correct, it defintely will be an interesting case.
Assume there are two unrelated sites --site A and johnplayer's site B.
Also assume those two unrelated sites have a competitor with a click fraud ring who mounts a click attack, first on site A, then on johnplayer's site B.
Would the fact that the fraudulent clicks on both sites came from the same source cause Google to assume site A and johnplayer's site B are both part of a click fraud network? IOW, can a third party cause two unrelated sites to appear to be related via click patterns/sources/etc?
1. Was the site actually started by the poster or did he buy the domain ready established?
2. Are the sites hosted on a shared server where a previous site has been blacklisted?
3. Do google have a blacklist of publishers and someone else with the same name is already on that blacklist?
and now an open question to google...
1. If you spend so many bucks on internet lawyers wording your TOS to tie us up in knots with no comeback, why are you so paranoid and secretive about hiding the real reasons why you suspend accounts?
and all those who say $ 2500 is impossible in the first month with google..donīt be so naive guys, donīt assume that every site on the planet has the same traffic as yours. my sites are not huge or excellent at all but i made $ 3,400 in the first month about one year ago and i did nothing...just pasted the ad code and knew nothing about nothing.
My guess is that according to G -- and I certainly don't mean to implicate you JP, just pointing out what G may have seen on their own end -- is that someone from your computer (or your IP) had assisted in clickfraud on an earlier account.
In other words, someone from your computer may have helped someone weeks, months or even a year or two ago, by boosting up their AdSense revenue with fraudulent clicks. That AdSense account got tagged BUT so did your access information for playing a part in the process.
That's just a theory. Your final paragraph seems to indicate that you may be familiar with the process. So I can see why G would boot you from the program because of that BUT if your clicks were legit (and they didn't indicate otherwise, even sending you the PIN) I think it's only fair that they pay you the money that was earned to that point.

I made $1200 the first month with AdSense. I guess I am a cheater too then? The third month it was almost $2000...
where are you from?
johnplayer , where are you from?
What's that got to do with it?
Statistical probability.
People who quarrel over speculations drawn from highly suspect samples need to take a few steps back to realize that even the best statistics have margins of error...
Anyway in the original posters case, as long as he was giving valid clicks I dont see why his account should be banned, just because there might be some relation to a previously banned account?
Google Cheated me, and I hate cheaters. Google is going to Pay for it somehow, and I will plan how, even if it affects the Advertisers.
That sounds like a threat against google and its advertisers.
First you say you hate cheaters, then in the next sentence you allude to the idea that you are going to cheat Google advertisers.
That doesn't sound like someone with good business sense as your original post claims.
It sounds like there could have been a mistake in this case, it's hard to say without knowing all the facts.
But if you made threats like that to Google via email when enquiring about your account, it probably didn't help your case or encourage them to return your emails.
Some other things to think about might be:
Did you put anybody else's adsense code on your site for any temporary period of time?
Did someone else in your household sign up for Google adsense and get banned?
You may want to offer up your server logs and any other details on your domain names to help show cooperation with the situation.
