I started adsense earlier 2011. Since then, adsense has been my wonderful source of income with my top earnings on 2016 at more than 30,000 USD in one month.

Things have changed since October last year, and for the first time since 2011, I failed to reach required payment threshold. I won't give up, as long as I still have my sites and no any violation, I hope to recover, and come back strong!

What is your story?

@Semper! Glad to have a new member!

Over the years g has gotten better at locating valid clicks and removing those which are not. Additionally, whether we wish to believe it or not, world economics also comes into play and those who are advertising on the web are constantly adjusting their spend and that will eventually hit OUR bottom line.

As for recovery ... I looking at MAINTAINING which hoping for marginal increases in future via refinement in operations and cutting costs wherever possible.

Thank you very much for the warmly welcome.

I have been a long time reader of this forum, especially following those monthly adsense threads about observations, and now I decided to have my own account.

Hope to keep on learning from you guys.

Welcome @Semper, is the reason for the revenue drop down to a drop off of traffic? or purely adsense?

Has the revenue drop coincided with a drop in traffic?

... and if it's not entirely traffic related, have you tried any adsense alternatives?

Might be worth a shot at this point.

G, of course, is the main game cut and paste to play, but one should ALWAYS look at alternatives!

Best ROI is if you personally seek out your advertisers, sell them space, bill it, perhaps even do the ad copy and visuals, and THAT is the jackpot. More work, harder to do, but pays VERY WELL and one is not tied to G to get 'er done.

Then again, you need to be a go to source on the web and unique and compelling for all that to work. Just and observation!
