New AdSense Account?

I have one important question and needs discussion from valuable members here:

I had a AdSense account that Google disabled already. 6 months are passed but appealing Google to re-instantiate my account is not giving any reply from their side. Now should I create a new AdSense account in my name and in my same address; will they allow me to publish ads, to operate my account without any problem?

Unless you can prove to G that your account was wrongly banned (very difficult but it has been done before) then, as far as I know, you have 0% chance of the account being reinstated.

Principal problem with G or F or T is they are stupid themselves and they do whatever is in their own interest and they don't listen to anyone who is using their services out of utility. First thing, if they detect some problem, then they shouldn't credit the benefit (that's all) rather than disabling or closing users' account. They shouldn't close anyone's account until they shutdown themselves completely.

And when you ask these people, I take it that you will also be informing them that they will have to pay taxes on it. And if they transfer the money to you, it becomes money laundering.

And what if they want an account for themselves in the future, but cannot because you've got them banned again, or cannot have one because one already exists.

Already accepted but are you a stockholder or employee of Google? I hope it is surely not your company at least!

G is not asking to publish ADs on websites that we own ourselves. They themselves preached AdSense massively and allowed everyone to publish ADs. If it is something so sacred, then they must screen websites properly and shouldn't credit the benefit if something is wrong. If someone clicks 100 times on your same AD or your website has unusual traffic pattern for a week, then does it mean G bans your account and shuts down AdSense on all of your domains? It sound awkward.

Just use another name and address, as family members and friends, then no problem, I have many Adsense accounts since years and never had a problem if when I log in my accounts from the same IP.

Adsense is devil, I am worst.

Also, Adsense closes many accounts without REAL reason, they do not respect their partners, so I will never respect them and I am even happy to cheat. They deserve it but everybody is scared to do it.

I used VPN and multiple IPs to login and see their ADs. Then I clicked of course. I never had a problem with G, in fact, I was just experimenting, about what AD they show for different countries or regions and what happens, if I click them. Anyway, G proved that they are foolish by not accepting my enthusiasm and experiment. I say again, I was just experimenting. AdSense is never the source of my bread or meal.

@anshul - Thank you for sharing that. I use a VPN occasionally to see ads in different locations but never clicked on them. Glad I didn't now.

Respectfully disagree with you here. Someone, as in advertisers, were paying for your "experiment". Google will always protect the advertiser first because without them there is no AdSense.

No problem 'jpch', of course, advertisers interest is supreme.

Clicking/refreshing ADs from many hosts and many countries, surprisingly and unexpectedly, boosted my AdSense earning, I clicked more and more: I thought, at the full stretch, Google will only warn or will reverse my account balance or will disable my ADs for a fortnight. But they are very very strict, never imagined that.

I had got my Facebook account banned before this Google AdSense story. But Twitter is still with me, even (and) if I tweet whatever I wish for!
