I have one important question and needs discussion from valuable members here:

I had a AdSense account that Google disabled already. 6 months are passed but appealing Google to re-instantiate my account is not giving any reply from their side. Now should I create a new AdSense account in my name and in my same address; will they allow me to publish ads, to operate my account without any problem?

Then I clicked of course.

Which is obviously why you were banned.

they do not respect their partners, so I will never respect them and I am even happy to cheat. They deserve it but everybody is scared to do it.

It's not a matter of respect, it's a contract. You signed a business contract when you joined AdSense that states the terms and conditions of running AdSense. The OP clicked on his own ads and was rightfully banned for violating the terms of that agreement and shouldn't be allowed back into AdSense if he can't follow the simple rules.

Google AdSense doesn't "deserve" anything other than AdSense publishers upholding their end of a legally binding agreement. Publishers that feel otherwise inclined "deserve" what they get when they are banned.

FWIW, Google is pretty lenient on cheats by merely banning them from AdSense. If people pulled this nonsense with any other business they might end up getting sued for breech of contract and possibly have legal charges filed for click fraud as that's what it is when you steal money from advertisers, FRAUD.

Respect is a mutual thing and people that cheat don't have any respect for themselves let alone their business partners.

With that said, this thread is closed.
