Curiously how my figures for yesterday and today have risen to "barely acceptable" levels. That is "I can live with it" levels. The other odd thing is that this seems to happen toward the end of each month now.
Two days in a row. Quality CTR, quality EPC. Now if only I could overcome the Google Zoo menagerie of Panda's and Penguins.
I don't want to sound dramatic but the air is escaping the ball I once played with. I'll be super juiced if I make my 50% of what was once average by the end of today. Simply no big clicks and certainly mostly irrelevant ads is the root cause. It's not a traffic situation unless I'm somehow inviting lots of "bad" traffic.

That's not at all far fetched, unfortunately.. There are even threads on the Google SEO News and Discussion forum here that debate that very thing. Many there have reported that their traffic numbers are more or less normal post Panda/Penguin, but that conversions are way off. How or why Google is doing this remains contentious at best.
Saturday finished well, and Sunday is going well. No idea why Adsense is starting to come together in June, when the last three months have been pretty miserable. Hopefully it will follow through into July.
Some of my sites have been Penguined into oblivion and my main website which pretty much survived it, is still down on visitor numbers by comparison to last year.
Absolutely dire Saturday with second-lowest earning's day of 2012 and of all time, lowest-ever click volume at 33% of 2012 average therefore CTR almost half of average.
The only saving grace was an EPC of 137.5% otherwise it would have been my worst-ever day, period...compared to recent weekends I'm forecasting that today will be totally written-off as a waste of time, space and energy insofar as AdSense is concerned.
Today's gone crazy - way above average clicks, CTR and EPC. Wish I knew what ads people were seeing, because I just see the same old, same old. I'm looking to upload a new version of my site within a week, but if it continues in this fashion I'll be scared to jinx it.
I couldn't even buy a glass of tap water, that's how crap it is. Both the Panda and Penguin for whatever reason(s) seem to be intent on smashing my sites into oblivion meanwhile old scrapers have been promoted to the top, now that really does take the pi$$!
I have been considering removal of ALL my sites, not just AdSense, I am simply totally and utterly fed-up of Google's incredible FUBARs however Bing recognises them for the superb quality they are.
Black hats rule, I may as well join them since G certainly does not want quality white hat.
Yesterday actually did not go as well as expected for me, lowest CTR all year. Got a bit of a bump this morning, so I'm thinking maybe delayed stats, specially since now I come here and see some others reporting something similar.
HOWEVER. The CTR was so low that I thought I better shake things up a bit, and I got up at 6am this morning and re-jiggered my ads. I took off my staple 468x60 and put in a 728x90 like Google suggested. I had to do some CSS work because I didn't want it at the very top of the page where the navigation was, but it doesn't look too horrible (I've been resisting 728x90's for years as some of you may recall)
Can't argue with success though. It took off *immediately* with a jawdropping rise in CTR and EPC. I dunno if it will hold or get yanked back, but I admit it, I was wrong and probably should have tried it before this.
almost nobody ever sees me admit I'm wrong even when I am, so mark this day on the calendar
Before I start revising dozens of pages of content I'd like to hear/read a second opinion from someone, somewhere.
The word "codswallop" comes to mind. I'm pretty sure someone is attempting to have a joke at our expense.
I'm sure I'll be joining you guys soon, but today I've a record EPC, and almost a record breaking CTR (relative to previous months/years) - wish I knew where it was coming from. Light on, light off, light on, light off.
I will confirm that I'm just finishing my morning coffee and my earnings are just about at what yesterday was at closing. There is no way in the past four years I've seen such crazy behavior. I'm the expert of my stats because I have been a total nut when it comes to checking during a day. This is just new, bizarre or whatever. I have had a couple chunky clicks today and will see if those hold or get deleted like in the past. Barring something bizarre, June will be my worst ever performing month since the time I started seriously with Adsense. That's real folks.
Another AdSense day just ended and again, click count and earnings stopped moving many hours ago. Earnings topped out at about 30% of average, so not a good day, but better than the run of 15% days I had about a week ago. Seems to me AdSense is just taking longer and longer to process stuff these days. Click count and earnings getting flat out stuck mid-day and earlier are frequently the norm for my account.
