For me, so far today 1st May, it has continued in the same vein of the past few days.
I've never experienced such bad endofmonthitis before, here's hoping for a kick-start Monday or Tuesday or whenever anyone, asides from us lot, go back to work!

I put Kontera on my main site a couple of days ago as a way to compensate drop in adsense this month, and the first two days yielded just under 1% CTR (which isn't bad), but earnings are less than 3 cents a click. And this is a pretty high quality health site, covering areas like ADHD, depression, which are not areas you can buy really cheap ads.
Does anyone know if it takes Kontera a few days to get their ads right and well-targeted because 3 cents a click is like providing them with free ad space.

We have used Kontera in the past and it does usually take about a week for the system to match you with hig paying bidders. We used to get around 0.10 to 0.15 cents per click with Kontera but that was almost two years ago.

My CTR has taken a pretty huge hit in the last year and my site is not pandalized in the least. Traffic's never been higher. Most days the higher EPC has more than made up for it, but I see no reason to think that's going to last forever.
(Personally, if I had a video or mostly-image site, I wouldn't expect it to earn a lot from AdSense. I might put AdSense on it as filler, but even with IBA, you still need plenty of TEXT in conTEXTual.)

Impressions count moving, clicks not. Guess this is the way it is - click count is now delayed by a much larger interval than before (in my case, typically several hours).

Yea, they're running way behind. I'm on my way to a huge traffic day, but AdSense impressions less than half.

My CTR had been declining, too. But it's been rising steadily for about 2 weeks. It's been 200% of April's average the last couple of days. EPC is way up, too. Almost to double digits.
Two days ago I switched to all image ads to see what would happen. It was good on the weekend but astounding today. I just reached average daily earnings and it's not even noon.

Reporting's been very different today. Yesterday I started with a very high CTR which diminished throughout the day, with huge delays in reporting (sometimes stuck for a few hours at a time). Today I started very low, and it's been climbing up slowly all day, but was still looking very poor indeed. It was more than 10 hours into the Google Day, before my reports jumped several times within the hour, and I'm back to what I think will be another consistent day's earnings. I think from now on I'll only check once a day.

Maybe I had the same issue with the CPM ads from Contextweb. Perhaps I should have given them a few days to start having a high fill rate. Their fill rate was pathetic despite setting a pretty low CPM when setting up the ad tag. Maybe it takes a bit of time to match ads with the site content. The reason why I am so impatient is because I don't want to bother my users with more ads than necessary, unless of course I am making something worthwhile from them.

Very slow in updating clicks today. Either that or it's all gone down the toilet!

Just had a big jump in earnings on one click. Haven't seen anything like that in years! (who says watching stats isn't fun. :-)

Most of our traffic is on lending, loans, and borrowing, and you wouldn't believe how cheap Adsense is getting with our account(s).
I have another shopping domain and they have been paying more for water softener clicks than loans. Never thought I would see the day.
So I don't much about filtering advertisers but I'm guessing that there are some very clever advertiser manipulating the auctions to get dirt cheap clicks.
Who knows......but getting paid 21 cents for a click for a mortgage it ridiculous.

Monday was my 5th best day ever. Four days this May are included in the top ten. CTR still edging up. It's been a long time since I've seen a digit on the left hand side of the decimal with any regularity.

I can't believe the Google ads I'm seeing for the past three days! They have nothing whatsoever to do with my site. Most are techie-type ads for web hosting, etc. No wonder my CTR has fallen to rock bottom.

Blooming heck! For the first time since performance by country reports were made available, yesterday the UK outperformed the USA with earnings, even though the US had more clicks the EPC was 60% of the UK.
This thing is just crashing in a heap for me, I'm even seeing Google ads promoting AdSense to publishers on my sites now...clever, very clever, not!

My traffic has never recovered. I'm down almost a 1/3rd on April traffic which had been increasing week on week. Now it seems to have settled 1/3rd down.
But CTR was almost 9% yesterday and is 8% today, so my daily income is down about a 1/4 on end of April, which is bearable.
