I've been a publisher for 1.5 years and since day ONE till last month I was stock at the $150 per month I was never able to get above it.

Well I just broke it today with $153 as I write and 6 days yet to go :)

why post this?

I don't know probably because it won't matter much to my wife if i tell her ;)

akhater - Congratulations on your milestone!

Keep in mind that it's against the Adsense TOS to publish anything (CTR, eCPM... ) except your total earnings.

I remember when I went through the same barrier you did. My wife thought I was crazy and she didn't believe all my work would amount to anything - but it did. There is no doubt that some folks here reach milestones very quickly. That didn't happen in my case, but I stuck with it. I'm in a very competitive area (one that Brett would say to stay away from), but I knew this information best so that's what I attacked.

At times it seemed impossible to make $10 a day and $100 a day or more seemed like a dream. But it can, and does happen. My personal target is $500 a day and even my wife believes I will make it (And after staying at home for 10 years it also means she will never have to go back to work).

Keep going and keep sharing your success.

you make decent money for the number of visitor and CTR.
1500 visitor/day = 150 dollars a month
with 2% CTR
I bet you generate decent paying clicks

Thank you all, honestly, for your thoughts and motivation.

Just to update you I'm still averaging $15 a day till today :)

I don't dare to dream it will last throughout December I just hope it will until the end of this month.

I posted some kind of viral content for Christmas (Free stuff) and that's what is driving so much traffic these days, I am just wondering what to do next

@dualfragment: I've done the video game sites a good bit as well. Unfortunately, they aren't "permanent" attractions like other topics. Unless there is some major resurgence in a game (very rare), your visitor amount will continue to dwindle. That's just the nature of the beast. Make as much as you can when the going is good.

$150/month is not bad, if you have many websites. I know a few folks who have tens of hundreds of websites dedicated for adsense and each website brings them around one dollar per day.
