Surprise, surprise...

This is for FourDegreez so let's hear from the thousands who have quite happily worked within the T&C's without ever hearing from Google except for their earnings' payments or in response to ones own techie questions etc.

And to make it as bit more interesting let's say how long you have been T&C compliant:-)

Me first, 3 years.

Haha good one opti.

Over 2 years.

Changed my login e-mail once. AdSense support arranged it within the same day.

Does that mean the folks who get Christmas cards and gifts or optimization help have to keep quite?

Like it Opti :) Over 2 years.

Wonder how this thread would read if we were talking about WebmasterWorld .....?

I'll start. 4 months - and lots of stickies! :)

I have been with adsense since December 5th 2003, nearly 3 years.

Had to report suspect fraudulent clicks on one occasion but that's the lot.

With AdSense since March 2005.

Never would knowingly go against the TOS.

Hope to be with them for many years to come.

I thought I was compliant until a few weeks ago when I received a warning letter stating that one of my pages encouraged users to click on the ads.
After checking the page I found a paragraph that mentioned that proceeds from ads helped keep the site up to date. That paragraph dated prior to my beginning with Adsense and I had forgotten that it was there.
So, even when you think you are compliant maybe you're not.

Off topic:

trannack-

I've been meaning to ask you, and now that you bring it to light, how is it thst you've been with AdSense for so long and just joined WebmasterWorld so recently?

Back on topic:

I have skillfully avoided banning for 1.342 years!

I would think this is a common and constant fear!

Chapman - offtopic :) - because until recently - ie until moving to France, I had a UK business to run, and was starting my website development stuff at the same time - I just didn't have time. Not enough hours in the day. Now, I find it an invaluable source of information - and sometimes amusement! ;)

Sorry back to you guys!

And let's hear from all the folks who are so confident that someone else can't get them banned on a lark that they are willing to post their website domain name in their control panel bio. Step right up!

Always great to read the good news!

I've been allowed to join the content network on Christmas 2004 (the first Christmas-Gift I got from Google...) and I'm still part of it. :)

I've been with AdSense three years.

And ronburk, my site has been in my profile since I joined WebmasterWorld.

Still here after 3+ years and more than one clickbot attack. (I joined when AdSense opened its doors in June, 2003.)

Indeed! I've always been impressed by that and I've viewed and used it as an example... countless times!

Thanks!

Two years now.

I clicked on my own ads by mistake about three times over that time and reported each one immediately. I've since changed my process and haven't accidently clicked an ad in over a year!

One of our 1,200 articles used to say something like "you might be able to find one of those service providers right here on this page." Took that out about 18 months ago after learning that was against TOS.

Clear sailing, don't expect to ever hear from Adsense other than monthly payment.

Been with adsense for 18 months - and every month I get paranoid - as my site generates huge repeat visitors about 35% of total - and they all seem very interested in discovering my ads? However, so far to good. Hope I can say the same this time next year - Happy Thanksgiving

Is this ever since the forum's recommendations last year when you tightened everything up etc?

You are specialised though, how did that death date and ads resolve itself?

When adsense get it right they do deliver great Elvis ads - when they get is wrong - wow I'm stuck with wills & testiment ads - not something fans want to see when visiting my site in August to pay their respects to the King. (My sticky offers you more details)

Since February 2004. Only contacts I've had were to change my email address, ask a question once and getting paid. I just wish I had more time to work on my sites, but I do what I can when I can.

I think I am in trouble, my repeat visitors are about 62% of my total traffic.

Since June of 2003.

When you have multiple sites, how do you choose which one to put in your profile? What's the point of putting one in your profile anyway?

Since March 2005. I was late to the party, though I started my clients on AdWords pretty much the same week they opened the doors there.

Over 3 years and going strong (since August 2003). Hopefully, I've been compliant the entire time, but with quite a few sites, and tons of pages, there's always the off-chance that I've made a boo-boo unknowingly somewhere along the way.
