April 2015 AdSense Earnings and Observations

March was a UP/Down month for many, but was generally a quiet month.

April has "two Easters" (Catholic on 5th and Orthodox on 12), an official Google update on 21 (mobile algo) and probably the doorway pages update.

In the last yeast, Google rolled some big updates on holidays, so it's time to prepare yourself for a rough month.

Well below average CTR for me today however a well above average EPC from both USA and Germany are making up for it, if clicks were normal I'd be have a storming day.

Knock, knock...anyone at home Google? With almost a quarter of a Googleday gone I have one solitary click for 14 cents...come on, get those hamsters working!

I'm seeing unusually low numbers right now.

Pretty sure it's stuck; my pageviews show around a third of what they actually are.

Yeah, strange things happening today. Pageviews didn't increase on Adsense for almost two hours, despite plenty of activity on Analytics. Now I'm getting a click dump but with hardly any accompanying pageviews.

Stats look way off today. Is this how Google makes adjustments for what happened at the beginning of last week?

A few hours left and all my figures are at 40%!

I am a youtube partner, our adsense has been stuck for about 4 hours, just makes the occasional adjustment, not the big click-dump you guys refer to. Hope when it comes back it is better than ever..lol

It is stuck and already for a third time today, UK time 8am to 1pm also from 2pm to 4pm and now from 5pm again. Analytics actually records increase in earnings for my site.

Page CTR just hit 7% - its only reporting a small part of the page views, but it looks like the clicks are correct

Yes, plenty of clicks and earnings but pageviews about 40% behind where they usually are. I'm also getting the red bar now.

Yeah I have the red bar as well. I woke up this morning and about had a heart attack. I was almost at 70% less than what I would normally be at that time of day. Then as usual, come here and get the real answers :)

Off topic, so this forum updated their layout recently I see. It must be why the SERP rankings are lower, usually when I search for adsense forums this is number 2. Now its number 8. But Im sure it will go back once Google settles down from the changes.

Off topic, so this forum updated their layout recently I see. It must be why the SERP rankings are lower, usually when I search for adsense forums this is number 2. Now its number 8. But Im sure it will go back once Google settles down from the changes.

89 Errors, 40 warning(s) - Amazing it even renders. Lots of stray end tags and unclosed elements. The errors were always there during the time it was being beta tested. No wonder it took so long.

Yeah have had the red bar pretty much all day and stats seem frozen, havent been checking throughout the day but judging by where I should be and still having the red bar showing that the stats have been stuck.

Last day of a very good month, a bad start around Easter and flying finish. Record breaking last 2 weeks, even with a correction of the 19th and 20th click bombs. What is a bit weird though is that my real time number of visitors in Analytics was minus (yes -) 5 million. Just for 1 minute and now normal again.

Good month. Pretty sure I didn't get hit by that bot attack because I already had the provider blocked, but even if they take away the earnings for those two days, I'm still at 145% of last April. Onward to May.

Well April has been a very good month, with the exception of the last two days. I'm seeing the red bar again today, although stats do see to be incrementing. I'll be curious to see how much they take away for the bot attack.

Anyone else have their stats stuck again? I think mine are stuck again because its very low once again and when I go to the reports page I get the red bar.
