Thousands of nofollow links from a reputed and related website

For one of our websites we work with a major publication who has placed a widget on all their pages which uses the RSS feed from related websites and publishes the headlines with a link to the story along with a link to the homepage of the related website.

This website has a PR 7, is related to our content and all the links from the widget are a "nofollow".

According to Google Webmaster tools - My website has around 2.7 million incoming links from that website to around 1600 pages of my website.

Though no follow, should I be worried of the high number of links from this website?

Have you seen any changes that are cause for concern?

I don't think I'd worry.

I doubt it. This kind of activity is very common. If Google is going to penalize such honest behavior then I want out of the game.
