Google SERPs displays URL Shortener in the place of Original URL

A very strange thing has happened to the home page as well a few (not all) of the innerpages.

When i search for my site www.example.com in Google, the result displayed is the Short URL - bit.ly/xyz but this takes it to my site www.example.com on clicking.

The same happens for some of the inner pages too but some results are with bit.ly and some with goo.gl as the Short URL.

Except for the Short URLs, there are no traces of the original Home URL (www.example.com) nor the original Inner URL (www.example.com/innerpage.html) in the Google Search results.

To make things worse, when i try to do a cache search for my pages in Google, that is cache:www.example.com, the displayed result is not of www.example.com but of the Short URL. The result displays reads : "This is Google's cache of http://bit.ly/xyz. It is a snapshot of the page as it appeared on 6 Mar 2014 18:58:08 GMT......."

How did this happen ?
How do i get my original URL in the cache ?
How do i get my original URL in the search results ?

Please help and guide.

This is strange.

Are you using URL Shortener to link internally? If not, where they are linked from and what are they used for?
