Moving 301 domain to a sub-domain

So I just transfered website.de to de.website.com (301 page by page) and added new site on Google and Bing webmaster tools, together with new sitemaps.

I was wondering if there is anything else I should do to ensure this process runs smoothly and without any problems? Afaik, you can't use Change of Address tool for subdomains on Google and Bing, so I was wondering if there is anything else I should do at this point ?

Some people will contact the websites still linking to the old site and try to get them to update the links to the new site since a 301 redirect does evaporate a tiny bit of link power. Others think that this can be trouble.

are you geotargeting or language targeting?
if you are geotargeting you should set your region to Germany for that subdomain in GWT.

Yeah the geographic target for this domain has been set as well.
