Hello, my website has a few random urls coming from weird foreign websites.

Basically someone has started posted a random url from my website like so

nfigvjks rwtpitjho trwhpoitj 354ti trgw trwhj
trwhbj trwhbo trwhgbo trwh trhioj trhw trwhjn
trhwg trhw trhw trwh wrij54

Where every second random generated word links to a random website.

(IT KIND OF IS autoapprove guestbook)

<snip>

are examples of the weird domains... Anyway i was contacting through whois the webmasters of these websites and the odd thing is iv noticed that the emails domain is the same <snip> is this just coincidence? Im not expecting a reply... i just expect overtime my website will continue to get these rubbish links from what every moron is making them and like the other victims i see in the random guestbook comment will gather up huge amounts of these rubbish links and get penalized. (the other victims aren't even related to any niche like they have just been randomly selected)

Any advise?

(Yeah I tried posting this on google webmaster forum but they are useless there only want your url so they can disprove negative seo doesnt work and you just created bad links yourself wich is kind of a contradiction)

Thanks

Hello philgames and welcome to WebmasterWorld.

I am not sure I understood correctly what these random URLs are, perhaps you could clarify:

a) are these weird domains linking to your site with URLs being these random words (incoming URLs to your domain)?

OR

b) you have found these URLs on your site pointing out to these weird domains (outbound URLs from your site)?

You said that the domain email part (e.g. @example.com) is the same for all these sites. Have you checked the domain the email is from? E.g. are these sites connected through "master domain" or perhaps the domain may be a free email service provider used by many.

Hello, thanks for your reply. They are a) these weird domains linking to your site with URLs being these random words (incoming URLs to your domain. It just quite odd really because on the auto approve guestbooks and blog comments you have loads of usual automated spam but also quite a lot of the same kind of comments and posts which in the same format pointing to loads of different random websites.

You might be right the emails maybe from a free email provider in china which are the equivalent to gmail in china.

But someone is creating these links and with such anchor text and the fact that it is just linking to very different sites and the fact that you carnt follow any of the links to a source (ie tiered link building) or 1 website that is found on all of the comments and guestbook posts... then it only leaves negative seo left in the equation?
