I have just searched something on google.de and in the Adwords section I am seeing the following below each ad that has "nnn Personen folgen example.com auf Google+" has this text completely broken - it shows this below the ad text instead:

Note that it seems this is only on google.de in German I have checked google.at in German and there the same message is displayed fine.
