Ads marked clearer for mobile search?

I was allowed to post some screen shots previously of SERP changes (extra directories added to places) here [webmasterworld.com ] so hopefully will be allowed to post the same SERP screen shot for mobile?

I noted a new change today for mobile results, adds now have a more defined border around them. The following image shows the same SERP with and without the new layout.

Is this goggles attempt to better distinguish PPC from organics on mobile or just a visual change for aesthetic purposes?

Mods have let me post screen shots before when changes have happened so should be okay?

I took this screen shot yesterday in the UK on my mobile, only just had chance to post it.

Add background is now the same colour (white) but with a small yellow icon next to each add. Not sure if this is of interest to anyone!?
