Google SEO for single-page UI friendly Ajax based website?

Wanted to know if it is possible to make a Single-Page UI friendly Ajax based website Google Search friendly as well?

There can be millions of pages in a website but all of them will load from a single page.

Also was trying to check if Google still indexes all the pages differently.

You can use hashbang (#!) or pushState when you load Ajax which Google will index separately (as separate URLs). The latest info is that Google prefers pushState [youtube.com...] .

Also what about "HTML Slidy"... is the content in slides crawled and indexed as different pages?
