"Google has not visited this site within the past 90 days"

when i have run the syntax site:xyz.com its shows me the last indexed on 27th July 2013.

In Google Safe Browsing diagnostic page tool its says "Google has not visited this site within the past 90 days" then what i need to do?

Can any one suggest me..

You likely don't need to do anything, I believe Google's safe browsing function is separate from googlebot. Check your logs, or the 'crawl stats' section in Google webmaster tools, to see if Googlebot is visiting your site daily. If it is you have nothing to worry about.

As you gain more traffic you will see some safe browsing checks but you don't need to monitor those, it's the virus warnings you may get in your webmaster tools that demand immediate attention.

Here is the safe browsing report for Google's own site - [google.com...]

As you can see even Google occasionally hands out malicious code according to that report. 270 trojans were downloaded and 570 users were infected in that report as I write this. Note that it's not Google who is intentionally handing out viruses, it's almost guaranteed to be various youtube users who post nasty links.
