My error/warning pages showing up on sites that scrape my images

Today I've noticed that some spammy websites use PHP to get my images and show from their own domains. Since I use hotlink protection, my warning page - with links to main sections, end-up in their websites, with urls like http://example.com/some-keyword-randomnumber.jpg

Also, there are PHP proxy websites, scrappers, etc. that I block and as a result show my '403 Forbidden' page with links to my website.

It kinda looks like I'm link spamming those websites. Is there a method to prevent scrapped error pages from harming backlink profile?

If a scraped error page is being copied 100%, you could include a noindex metatag or add nofollow tags to your error pages.
