meta name and geography content

Hi All,

I'm doing some upgrade and SEO on my website and have a question
about meta tags. I am an e commerce site in Canada and my server is yahoo in
California. I am targeting only Canadian and U.S. market.
Is this the correct meta tag to use for the crawlers ?

<META NAME="Geography"content= "CANADA, USA" />
