Are Links From eHow Worth Anything?

Stupid Question:

I was going to get rid of some pages on my site and noticed that they happened to be linked from eHow*.

I am sure they are no followed. Haven't bothered to double check them.

Would I really be doing any harm to myself if I got rid of those pages or moved them without doing a 301 redirect?

I don't seem to get much direct traffic from those links either.

*eHow sure seems to like using my content for their pages, which in turn google seems to like eHow better than me. Kinda' strange...

WE don't want to get into a big analysis of eHow (or any other site) but you might remember that they were hit bad by Panda 1.0 and then gradually recovered. I'd assume (but we can't know for sure) that there is value in those links. I'd probably use a 301.

All of their links are nofollowed, but if you're getting click throughs from the links i'd definitely keep the free traffic with a 301.

Another benefit is it is an opportunity to pick up a REAL link from someone who finds you via eHow.
