My website is in host network which contain nearly 20k domains in these domains some have adult, malware and spam sites. Are these site will effect my website raking?
Can any one help me how to resolve this issue...

There are many hosting companies that use shared hosting which can result in thousands of domains (including spammy domains) being on the same ip. It is not ideal but it is not necessarily fatal either.
To be safe I prefer dedicated hosting to stay away from potentially spammy sites. I think there are many more important factors to deal with but this is easy to do when you are setting up a new site, so why not?

Resolve the issue by getting a dedicated server with a dedicated IP and the problem is solved. Besides not being associated with bad neighborhoods, chances are your site speed will greatly improve.

That is a MASSIVE amount of domains under one IP, I assume one IP/shared hosting?
There are some very good hosts with shared/reseller hosting allowing usually only 100-150 accounts per IP at very reasonable cost and a good host will tell you who else you are sharing with.
