Google plus authorship for personal blog - effect on other sites?

Does taking google plus authorship for a personal blog can affect the other sites of the clients if both blog and sites are under same google account.

Not in my experience, and I share a lot of Google accounts - not unless that same author appears on both shared sites at least.

I have only one google account where i have added 3-4 sites. Shall i start my blog as a different account.

Your choice. It's not necessary in my experience, and separate accounts just might look deceptive to Google at some point.

Ok. Also its better to use old google account rather than new one, because the no. of circles you are part of also matters when you apply for google plus authorship.
