Are Links From PDF Search Sites Bad For Your SERP?

About 9 months into a new site. I have a few sections that have a couple of hundred PDF files.

In a matter of a month, about 10 different PDF search sites are spattering links to them.

Are these links going to come to bite me in the future?

My only concern is that every site links to every PDF, so it's like 300 links for PDF search site A, another 300 links for PDF search site B.

I've never run into any problem like this - in fact the question itself is brand new to me. My instinct says leave the situation alone.

if nothing changed on the last 4 years (and my guess that nothing changed) it's not a problem, I had similar website(s)

You guys are probably right. After being a major panda victim, I'm afraid to have any low quality signals on or off page at all. I'm probably just paranoid.

Do your PDF files have duplicate content of your html pages?

No. The PDFs are unique content 100%. Solely for printing. It's my users favorite format.
