DMCA Filed Against Scrapers - Google Removed My Original as Well

So I just filed a DMCA for scrappers ranking above me. Now in addition to removing the scrappers, Google has even pushed me out of the search results. Is that how DMCA is supposed to work or is it just Google?

It's most likely an error on the employee's part. Send Google an email about it. Be sure to be as specific as possible. State the page uri, DMCA request number, search that you are doing to tell if it is out of the index, etc.

This also appears to have happened to me. I never filed any DMCA's until this past year, and it corresponds directly to my rapid decline. So who at Google are we supposed to email god@google.com?
