Googlebot Is Crawling from a Chinese IP Address

A website with 1 million UV, servers hosted in the US.
Googlebot has always used the IP 66.249.74 to crawl website data.
Since April 2nd, the IP has changed to 203.208.60.
This IP comes from China, leading to a severe reduction in efficiency.
Is there any problem with Googlebot? Or is it for the website¡¯s own reasons?
We¡¯ve never changed neither our servers nor our IP.
Why? Has Googlebot gone crazy?
Have you encountered the same situation in other sites?

... or then again, possibly not. I kinda think this issue will only have meaning if you are physically located and/or registered in China.

btw, for anyone who ever wondered just how many googles there are, there's a nifty list at greenwichmeantime dot com, though I'm ### if I can figure out how you get there from the front page. Particularly useful to know: which national googles only function within their own country. google.cn is one-- along with most of Africa and Asia, looks like.
