Google Authorship for other Writers on my SIte

On my site I have setup Google authorship for myself. I have 3 other bloggers on the site which I pay to contribute quality relevant content for my site every week. I own the articles but the bloggers who do write for me maintain their writing credit.

Should I setup Google authorship for the writers on my site? I would think it would help with SEO, if not now I would think in the future.

My only concern is that Google authorship doesn't necessary mean ownership.

I also plan to setup a Google+ Business Page and be a Publisher. Would I be better to do this and leave my bloggers out of it?

One way is setting up a business page and using the publisher code on the index page of your site then set up profile pages for the writers with their g+ links using the "author" markup. In the articles, you link to the write's profile page inside your site while the writers need to link their g+ profiles in the "Contributor to" section to the index page of your site to "close the circle".

Most of our site's articles link right to the author's g+ page and it seems to work for them and us. The whole idea seems like a good idea since anyone who views a SERP that includes your writer might click the "More by..." link and run into your site by way of a completely off topic search.
